From my description:
This illo is a close-up of a prosthetic hook-for-a-hand. Though the focus is the hook, we can also see the bearer: Moses MacDonald. It’s his left hand. The hook is razor-sharp (recently sharpened). Moses is a crazy old man — about 60 or 70 — but an ancient supernatural deal keeps him healthy and strong. He walks through darkened woods. I imagine he has a plaid shirt and blue jeans. Maybe the full moon silhouettes him. (He’s not evil though; just superstitious and crazy.)
