Lightning/power is crackling off of the finger tips of a Phoenix shugenja (male or female). This is a close up, we shouldn’t see below the Phoenix’s waist. The casters eyes can glow with the energy as well. He/she is in ornate robes or kimono (mostly red, but could have patterns painted or sewn on).
