The figurine comes encased in styrofoam inside this spiffy looking box.

She also comes with her own spell in the form of a sticker!

When I heard that the Demons were going to cease to be produced I bought OddCo out of their remaining stock of Leper Belle and Shroomie Swirl.  I *DO* have a very limited stock, though, so once these two are gone, they’re gone!
